Shipping policy
UK Customers
We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 2 working days of purchase. Delivery times then depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days from dispatch

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days from dispatch
UK orders over £80 qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping, with the option of upgrading to Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping.
Note: The £80 threshold is subject to change at any time without notice.
EU & International Customers
Orders to the EU and the rest of the world are also dispatched within 2 working days of being placed. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Please note that these estimated delivery times exclude time spent at customs (see below).
Customs Charges
US Customers
All orders shipped to the United States are sent using Royal Mail’s Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service. This means all applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges are included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
The price you pay at checkout is the final delivery cost, and you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Non-US International Countries
Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies and import fees vary widely by country, so unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or control these charges.
Customs Clearance Checks
Please note that all orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs clearance checks. These checks are carried out by local authorities and are beyond our control. In some cases, customs processing can take several weeks. During this time, tracking information may show limited or no movement, which is normal and does not necessarily indicate an issue with your order.

Other Information
Delivery to PO Boxes and Building Receptions
Please note that we are unable to accept liability for orders marked as delivered by the courier to PO Boxes, building receptions, concierge desks, shared mailrooms, or similar third-party collection points.
Once a parcel has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the order passes to the recipient. We strongly recommend ensuring that delivery details are accurate and that a secure delivery location is available.
